Scratches on watches can usually be cleaned with a mild abrasive
such as Colgate toothpaste and water.
Rub a small amount of toothpaste on the scratch in a circular motion
and then apply a dab of water, continue to to rub in a circular motion
after applying the water. Let the mixture dry and rub in a circular
motion. Repeat the above steps until the scratches fade away.
This remedy worked on my watches as well as my faded
car headlight cover.
I hope it works for you.

Use jewelers rouge, (a paste with very fine abrasive particles) and using a small amount on a piece of very fine cloth, rub gently in a circular pattern to buff out the scratches. You can find the rouge at a hardware store that sells Dremel tools and accessories.

Hmmmm to get an orange rubber band you will more than likely have to go thru Bvlgari. I have access to a lot of watch band but I have not seen an orange rubber band in any of the catalogs I get. You can contact them at 1-800- BVLGARI

I think I have the same watch and was just looking here to see if I could find how to stop the alarm going off every hour! However, I think I do know how to change the time: press the mode button three times (the first one brings up something like the stopwatch, the second brings up what may be an alarm time). On the third press you should get the time appearuing with the seconds flashing on the far right of the display. You can then change the second by pressing the"start" button. To change the minutes or hours, oress the "reset" button until they start flashing and use the start button again. pressing the reset button again will bring up the date to change. keep pressing until nothing is flashing any more and poress mode and it should bring you back to the current time. hope you can follow this and it works!

check the battery, if it still wont work then try shaking it and see if there is something loss inside if there is, you bought the watch with already a technical problem
