Straight talk phone service problems

Where I live, Straight Talk is sold by Wal-Mart. Have you tried going there for help?

Don't mess with the vpn' this is for vertial private network. Shut the phone down remove the sim and replace it then reboot.

If your mobile data is off, that will cause disconected state..Turn on mobile data in your phone settings.

1. Did you pay the bill? Check with them, maybe your service got cut off.
2. If it isn't #1, Take the SIM card out and put it back again, maybe the SIM card is faulty.
3. If possible, go to settings, mobile network, and choose to search for your wireless carrier, once it pop up, tap it to register.
4. You also must make sure your APN is in order. And have the correct APN check for Straight Talk.

Officially, your Straight Talk Wireless Unlimited plan does not allow tethering. (That is using your phone directly as a modem and wi-fi router for another device.) (You can also use the Nook HD+ anywhere there is a public Wi-fi service (Starbucks, libraries) or a private wi-fi network with permission. You do need to be wary of the security threats on these networks (malware, password trapping, etc.))

its a network problem just try mnp service that give the other network service on your current number

Go to settings > Connectivity > Network Connections > and click "Create" on the bottom of the display.

Then you can enter the settings you were told.

Here are the settings I found over the internet. Take a look at it. But I am not sure the service provider is the same though. You better enter the things you've been told by your service provider

hi you can use codes to unlock the mobile .you can get the codes from here
superunlockcodes here they ask the following details before providing the codes they
are mobile model,country and the provider to which the mobile is locked then the imei number
of the mobile.then they send the codes to unlock the mobile.
