ArcticPro portable air conditioner FAAC7. Now need window kit window.Tried some web sites for parts but no luck.i

I've had no luck with several web sites that advertise AC parts and can't locate the manufacturer that is Fridge Electric LLC listed in Canton OH but the phone number they list is a furnace company. So, if nobody knows where I can get the exhaust part/window kit for this product, does anyone know what other window exhaust unit might be comparable that I could purchase?

SOURCE: local arcticpro repair

The blue snowflake is for the AC. The 3 fan icons are for low, medium, and high settings. The icon with the cup with over flowing water means empty the water tank. The cup next to the snow flake is the dehumidifier. The cup next to that means tank is empty and the clock is the timer. If the front part is only blowing out hot or warm air I say you got a broken one unfortunately. The back part blows out hot air which is why there is an exhost hose attachment.

Lowering arcticpro temp.

Find in a manual in advanced setup where you can adjust the maximum and minimum cooling and max min heating. Should be a set point that someone set to where it won't go lower than 76

How or what setting do you turn on to get cold air

Make sure the thermostat is turned to below what the room tempeture is. Make sure that the unit is in the cooling and not just the fan.

Good luck,
