Yes, that will make it so that the software will return to the factory state. If not then you'll have to either follow the prompts through the phone menus or boot mode to initiate a factory data reset.
brother , dont mess with your smartphone yourself ,because if you some how fix this, then it will bother you again, so , go to mobile repairer to fix this.
Remove your battery, and leave it out for a minute or so, put it all back together, and charge... it may look lie it isn't, but since this phone seems not to have an LED the navigation buttons are your only indicators of trouble(pure speculation). Your battery is probably depleted. i found out the hard way that a Droid X won't charge it properly... hope this helps
