You may have to unplug it for about 15 minutes and try again. I had a similar problem and this helped.

F21 error is displayed when the washer is unable to drain, press PAUSE/CANCEL button twice to clear the display. After this please check the drain hose and drain pump filter for any blockages and make sure it is not clogged with foreign particles. You can also check the drain pump to verify that its working. This HC error code will appear at the end of the wash cycle to indicate that the hot and cold water inlet hoses are switched.
If the hoses are not switched it could indicate a problem with the Electronic Control Board.
You can try to rest the washer by unplugging or flipping the breaker to the washer for 2-5 min.
Restore power to the washer and try running a short cycle.
This will help clear any irregularities that the control board may have encountered.
