hi freinds

SIM pin code:
This is a pin code that locks the sim card until you enter the correct code. This protects your account, even
if your sim is put into another handset. To reset it, you need the PUK code:
Pin Unlock Code (PUK)
If you miss key (or forget) your SIM pin code, and enter the wrong one 3-5 times in a row, the SIM will lock up, and you’ll need to enter the PUK unlock code to release it. You should ask your Network Service Provider for this code when you need it. Don’t try to guess it, because after a few wrong guesses, the SIM card will be permanently disabled.
Phone Security Code:
This locks the handset, as opposed to the sim card. You can also set some handsets to only accept a “new” sim if the phone security code is entered. To reset it, you need the Master code code:

the defualt sercurity code is 12345, there is no other code,
you can perfome a master reboot of the phone with out the sercurity code my pressing and holding (3,* and the green call button) and powering the phone up keep holding the buttons untill you here the nokia tune, this will reset the whole phone, contact, photos, callander all will be lost so backup first.
but his will get around a security code but not a sim lock or imei lock.

try first the default code of nokia 1234 or 12345 (unless you change it already)

now if you want to use the code because you want it to openline then you can visit the site of "UnlockBase. Com" there are giving a free unlocking code for all DCT3 and DCT4 models (yours is DCT4), all you need to do is provide them your IMEI number

your third option will be bring it to a cellphone service repair shop and have it open there
