Sounds like a processor problem in the control circuits. Still in warranty? Call Bosch?
Dishwashers are complicated machines.
Try unplugging (VERY carefully) for a few minutes, then plug it back in. The occasional electrical glitch often goes away when power is stopped for a short time.
Otherwise, call a repairman.
Sorry I couldn't do better. Without any model information, anybody has to guess.

Take the front kick panel off and see if anything under the machine is wet.

You need a new microprocessor. Same thing happened to me. Normal cycle runs down to one minute and stops there, running, for maybe another hour or more. Then, when it finally ends, the dishes are not clean or dry. Get the microprocessor replaced. It is Chinese junk. It is an easy fix, but the replacement will last only four or five years.

have you checked your float valve and float relay switch

Make sure the drain pump is clear of any blockages and obstructions and that the drain hose wasn't kinked when you re-installed it.

possibly your heater is shorting.

Unplug from mains for 5-10mins. Are you having any power difficultys? sometimes this can crash the controller.
if none of the above possible that its the controller

Sounds like the control module is out -- cost about $100 (I am on my third). I got a "lifetime" warranty when buying my second one. If you are handy, you can replace it yourself. You can call Bosch to confirm this (I did). It mounts inside the door.
