I have a whirlpool calypso washer and it will not rinse and spin. I am not sure whats wrong but keep getting the error code "ld" and "ob". I re balanced the load but it still says this even without clothes. I am handy and want to try to fix the machine myself first before calling a tech out. Thank you so much... Cherry

Maybe I should explain it better... I am having a problem with my Cabrio top load. It starts the cycle on wash but when it gets to the drain and spin part and code LD comes up? Any idea what may be wrong? If I hit the pause button, lift the whole top of the washer up, and then hit the start button, the cycle will continue normally. Once it is drained down and goes into the rinse cycle, I put the cover back down, the machine will do the same thing again when it gets to the drain and spin cycle. I once again have to hold the cover up for the last 10 minutes of the cycle to get it to drain and spin out properly. Maybe I should explain it better...
