Sounds like The main power supply regulator section circuit fault. Either it will be a separate board, or the part of main board. Check and replace damaged component/s at its main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Contact any service technician. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Either a dirty laser, faulty tracking mechanism, or a weak laser(aging) will cause unit to mistrack. When this happens the mechanisms are replaceable and not repairable.

There are Center Speakers, Surround Speakers[L&R] and Front speakers[L&R]. Which amoung this show fault? Please clarify more about your Amps' problem.

The clear protective film on the DCP501 display must be removed and transferred to the inside back cover of your
DCP501 Home Theater System User Guide. The Unit Address and Serial Number found on the protective film is
required for activation of your DCP501 cable TV receiver by your cable TV service provider.
