There is no replacement for the dust container in these units. You would have to get an entire handvac which costs more then a full unit.

No but there was a recall on the battries, so try calling electrolux usa and they should replace it for free.

SOURCE: Electrolux 2-in-1 Pronto does not hold charge, I

The battery replacement for the PRONTO is not a consumer level maintenance procedure.
However, I just replaced the 4 original EMX1600sS batteries by anotther model with the same specs and my PRONTO is working fine now. The battery model is
Tenergy 2/3A Size Rechargeable Battery 1.2V 1600mAh NiMH W/ Tabs
Those are a little smaller than the originals but with the same capacity of 1600mAh and can be easily found in the web.
There are other similar models available that could be used but have in mind the limitations for the dimensions and capacity in mAh.
The dimensions of the original cylindrical batteries are aprox. 33 mm (1 1/4") X 22mm (7/8").
Anything under those specs should work.
Good luck.

SOURCE: i need to ,now what

for this problem I would get in touch with electolux directly and they will tell you which and they will also have access to a new one if you need it..There are electrolux authorized dealers all over Canada and the USA so depending on where you are just pick up the phone book and goto the yellow pages under vacuums and that will give you the info that you need. Thanks for choosing Fixya.com

The blue light doesn't stay on. What do I do?

Hi Alec from VacuumSpot here. In Australia these are sold as the ergo rapido. The most likely culprit is the charger itself we sell loads of Electrolux Ergo Rapido Chargers basically the best bet is to measure the output of the charger to see if it is working properly (watch video) if it isnt then simply replace the charger. If it is then replace the vacuum handset - Electrolux have made the handsets real cheap so you dont have to do a repair on battery or motor.

The blue lights on the charger base for the pronto stick vac go out after about 5 seconds and the vacuum is not working. What do I do?

check that the contacts are connecting and are clean of debris. If they are you can check the charging plug to confirm it is putting out 15v if not replace the charging plug. this is a common problem. you can get parts online at http://www.vacpartswarehouse.com/Electrolux-EL1000B-BZ-Pronto-Stick-Vac-s/3734.htm?gclid=CKDFg_3Jv7kCFc4-Mgody1wAjg
