Thanks for the info. You mentioned factory reset. How does that work?

You should find the reset to factory default option within the camera's menu options.

Try this too: Remove memory card before resetting.
Turn off the camera, and leave the camera without inserting the battery & memory card overnight allowing it to reset.

Black screen on canon powershot a1200 can see the symbols and takes black pictures

Did you try to press the display button several times? You then switch between different modes, while shooting and while playback. One of the modes is screen out.

My powershot G9 built in flash is not working

There is a switch on the hot shoe to detect the external flash. When you use an external flash, the switch will be pressed down, then the unit will bypass the internal flash and won’t let it fire. If the little switch gets stuck somehow, you won’t get your internal flash on.
Check this switch on the hot shoe (either on the left side or the right side), blow some compressed air then plug/unplug an external flash several times. Hopefully you can get it back

Motorola Phone Tools can not access to A1200 (System Memory is full)

It sounds like a bad flash or firmware to me. I would reflash to a different firmware. You can only flash to the same or a higher track with these phones, so be careful not to flash to a lower track. You could brick your phone.
