Laptop hard drives are usually behind one of the panels on the back of the laptop.

Older laptops would have two screws on the side that the drive pulls out of the side of the computer.

Newer laptops the hard drive is inside.

Remove the four screws on the drive caddy and the hard drive simply pulls out the caddy. Order a replacement and reverse the disassembly instructions.

Hey Paul, I found these in a forum post, it's a assembly and disassembly video. Apparently MSI doesn't seem to release these so easy and this guy had contacts.

Have you tried DELL's website? I think you can get all the latest drivers from their website.

I can't find a decent picture of your case online or a service manual.

Can you take some pics and post them on photobucket or something?
