You need to look on the bottom to determine where it is coming from, pump, hoses, bottom of tub. Here is a diagram and parts list to help you identify the part.

It is possible that the dispenser is leaking. It is typically the left front dispenser, you may notice a puddle on the left side. ???

SOURCE: Whirlpool Cabrio washer is leaking water

The problem happens when your installer throws away the drain hose u-bend, and stuffs the hose as far as it will go down the drain pipe. When this happens the end of the hose can get pushed under water, which causes the washer to siphon out the wash water when it fills. This results in an LF "Long Fill" error.
The solution is to get your installer to come back and install the washer properly.

Water leaking durIng cycle of machine what is a fix and a part number whirlpool cabrio

You need to give more details. It could be leaking from the water supply to the washer. A recirculating pump clamp could be loose, or a coin could have caused a small hole in the pump side wall. Or you might have a worn tub seal.

I have a Whirlpool Cabrio top load washer and it is about 6 mos. old. During the cycle, it leaks from the bottom. The technician came out and said it was normal. I do not believe him, and I harldy think...

i would surely return it and if any harassment from the dealer, call the public relations division of whirlpool and register a complaint,it could be any of 4 possibilities for a leak, but if its that new,why try to fix it yourself and void any warranty on the washer

Water is leaking onto the floor underneath my Whirlpool Cabrio (top-loading).

If its a small intermittent leak from the front left corner its the tub ring, whirlpool has redesigned the tub ring to fix this concern..

It is leaking from a little white moter under the tub.

Please see the following PDF file on Cabrio washers.

It sounds as if your drain pump and/or the hose to it is leaking.

Starting at page 4-13, you'll see how to access the pumps to check and / or replace them.
