The passcode for a locked phone is usually the last 4 digits of your mobile phone number unless you changed it. I'm not sure what other passwords you might have. If that doesn't work, call customer service. You may have to take it to a retail store to have them reset it, but customer service may be able to tell you how to do it. If you need a password for customer service, you may need to take photo iD to a store to prove you are the account holder to have the password changed.

if it is a PUK code it is asking for, it can be found on the back portion of your sim card.

If it is asking for PIN, it is your personal pin and maybe you can ask your network provider the default code if you did not select your own.

If it is asking for the security code, it is also your personal code, but if you did not choose one yet, the default is 00000. If not, check your manual, it should be there as well.

the default lock code is 00000000 i.e eight zeros! bt if u have changed it then u have to go to the samsung service.please rate me

Its 000 or if your texts are locked like mine are than put that in. All of the application settings have the same password if you have locked anything you use tht password.(:
