Refill the bobbin

Please go to the Singer Sewing Machine Site, and select Support and Resources. You'll see and option for Instruction Manuals; enter your model number in the box, and it's a free download. I just checked, as a matter of fact.

I can do better than that--I can tell you where to get the user's manual, and I just checked and it's available as a free download. Go to the Singer Sewing Machine site, and select Support and Resources at the Top, then Instructions Manual and type in your model number, and it's right there.

Make sure of 4 things. One, that the correct needle length and diameter is being use in the machine. Second, make sure you are turning the flywheel the correct direction and third, and fourth, that you have the Bobbin inserted correctly and spinning in the right direction. when picking up bobbin thread.

You may be able to download a manual from Singer.

Go to www.singerco.com and download a free manual for your machine. Look under support and enter 6235. It is nice because you can save it plus enlarge the diagrams in the manual. Nice to have a manual on your computer that you cannot misplace, LOL. We all get forgetful, I know I do.
