Some number keys and alphabetical keys are not working
Please do these
1. check numlock
2.use aquakey test (keyboard testing software) and check which keys are faulty
3.if keys are being in pressed state try removing keyand putting it back caution: do not do if you cannot do it go do an expert

The number lock is engaged on your laptop keyboard. usually that is FN+F11 keys or number lock is on by default in the BIOS setup.
Check and see which F1-F12 key looks like a number pad

It could be that you have a virus that has hijacked your mouse and keyboard. Run a virus scan in safe mode if you can. Also see if your mouse and touchpad works in safe mode. If it does, that would definitely signal that a virus is running in normal windows mode.
