I have the Yoho Sport Fitness Tracker Smart Watch. There was no option to change time format on the Yoho Sport app. However, on the watch, long-pressing the power button while on the time screen changed the time format between 12 and 24 hours.

the h must be changed to H = 24hoiurs.

1. In your computer, go to "Windows Help and Support".or go to step 4.
2. Search for "clock time format"
3. Select "Change the display of dates, times, currency or measurements"
4. Click to open "Region and Language"
5. Select "Additional Settings"
6. Select the TAB named "Time"
7. Where short time and long time are formatted change short time to: h:mm tt and the long time to h:mm:ss tt (note: the h is lower case for 12hr and uppercase for 24)
8. Click apply after you change the time format and close open windows.
9. You're done!

You just need to set the correct time zone from Control Panel.

For XP: Just double click the time from your system tray, click on Timezone tab then choose your timezone from the drop down menu then click OK.

For Vista/7: Click on the time from system tray, click on "Change date and time settings". A window will pop up, click on "Change time zone" button, choose your timezone then click OK.

Hi,

START->CONTROL PANEL->DATE,TIME,LANGUAGE.....->Change format of numbers,dates and time. Under regional and language option click customize option and select time tab under customize regional options . There would be an option to change date, time change format. Click that and it would fix the issue.
