Try and find a repairer for the board, this make does not have a maker website, so made in China. I can't think of anything on a PCB that would make a noise.

that high pitch sound is comming from the HV capacitor in the power supply.only a tech can remedy that problem.kindly take it to a tech for repairs.

The tv have a colors wheel,have a whinning high pitch sound,mean colors wheel is warping not spinning right any more.The colors wheel is dead,must be replaced.The tv have high pitch sound,shutdown the projection lamp.The projection lamp might be dead or not?Not yet determine dead or just shutdown by the nonfunction of the colors wheel.

You can reset to the factory default settings to try and clear the problem. If you do this, you will need to reprogram your radio to match your other units OR reset ALL the radios you have. If your radios were never programmed by yourself or the dealer, you may have been on the factory settings anyway, so you wouldn't have to worry about programming. You'll know right away because your radio will either talk to the others or not.

To reset: Press the PTT, SB2 and SB1 simultaneously while turning ON the radio until you hear a high tone chirp.

The high pitch sound is coming from the inverter. It is faulty and needs to be repaired or replaced. The inverter supplies high voltage to the CCFL lamp, this lamp gives the backlight to the LCD so you can see the LCD images.
