MAY AS WELL REPLACE THE TIMING CHAIN GUIDES. I WOULDN'T GO REPLACING THE CHAIN. THE BOTTOM CRANK PULLEY IS VERY DIFFICULT TO GAIN ACCESS.

you should be able to tip the rear seat you should be able to trip the lock but check for a release cable around the rear deck, much easier

Actually if it is the ABS Module it appears that you can send it out to be rebuilt and that should take care of your problem.
If you Google 2000 BMW 528i ABS Module you will find a wealth of information on getting this taken care of.

rotors need to be turned or replaced

If your talking about what would a dealership change, it generally consists of a tune up, including spark plugs, plug wires, air filter, oil change, pcv valve, and fuel filter. Thats also usually when they want to replace the timing belts. There may be one or two other things specific to BMW, but generally thats what you can expect.
