A board reset will not fix this. It's either not sensing AC current because the AC heater isn't connected properly, isn't ohming out properly, or because the board isn't able to sense it. Connection, a bad heater, or a bad board. All parts are available through a company that gives full technical support for you. I highly recommend using The Norcold Guy:

You can reset the control board . to do this you must ground the # 15 terminal with a jumper wire to ground. this is usually the terminal next to the white & violet wire. check diagram.

No way to do that other than to unplug refrigerator for at least ten minutes and then plug back in. Don't use surge protector, power strip, or extension cord.
