To turn off the Japanese voice on a 2008 Mitsubishi Outlander, you will need to disable the voice guidance feature in the navigation system. Here's how to do it:
Press the "Menu" button on the navigation system's control panel.
Select the "Settings" menu.
Select the "Voice" option.
Select the "Voice Guidance" option.
Toggle the "Voice Guidance" setting to "Off."
Press the "OK" button to save the changes.
