How do I stop Braun series 3000 cleaning base from overflowing

I have a Braun 7 series that I use occasionally. The last time I tried to charge was unsuccessful. After several days on the charger still would not charge, I discovered the RESET button right under the Braun name. The charger cable has to be unplugged, then press reset with a paper clip and now works like a charm. Note: reset will not work if charger cable is plugged in.

This is a common problem with the clean/charge base for model 7526. The mechanism inside is broken. You can replace the upper housing that includes the locking arm or you can replace the whole system. Both options are available at shaveroutlet.com. See links below

The latch on the 'arm' of the clean and charging base is broken. You can either change out the top portion of the clean/charge base or replace the whole thing if you don't thisnk you can do the repair.
