I believe you have a problem with a leak. The pump is filling back up. See is the water is leaking out somewhere. Hopefully, you don't have a leak under the house. The water coming into the pump is going somewhere when it comes on.

Hi,
Yes you can make the unit sound a bit quieter by sitting it on some foam or bubble wrap as I am guessing it is presently on floor screed or tiles?
I have mine boxed in and tiled (plywood with tiling on top and plastic edging). It is put together so that it can be removed for maintenance of the Saniplus unit. You can also put foam or some insulation in between the Saniflo unit and the boxing-in to deaded the sound.
It unfortunately will never be as quiet as a conventional toilet flush but that is one of the trade-offs
If this helps please leave feedback, if not let me know and I'll try and help some more

Sounds like a restriction in the outlet pipe, the 2 galls from a flush are OK but the bath or shower is more, especiallly if you have flushed before you shower, try drain unblocking chemicals or flushing the outlet pipe with mains water from a hose

The first thing I would do is to make sure the discharge line is not plugged or the check valve hanging up in the closed position. Then I would remove the pump and check the impeller to see if it still firmly attached to the pump shaft and that the vanes are in good shape. If the impeller is damaged then it can be replaced. Otherwise if you know that all the drain lines are clear make sure that the impeller inlet in clear.
If you cannot find anything else wrong then you may have to replace the pump but I would try the least expensive thing first. Thank you and good luck.

HI.There's no problem with the motor because it is working. The only thing here is that the relay that connects to the motor is not working. You don't need to replace your. Saniplus. There's actually 2 control menu on the side of the saniplus. These controls inside will trigger the motor to turn ON/OFF.However you said this relays does not respond to any activity once flush. This are actually composed of IC's or Integrated Circuit. If ther's an available Multitester, you can actually check it individually. Here's how to check: 1.If the unit is open and you can find the control board or circuit;Connect both ends of the Tester on that IC. 2.Make sure that the Tester's setting is in the OHMS value to chck continuity. 3.There are only 3 readings you get.First it movd to its infinite value/maximum,then IC is defective.Second if it does not give reading.Need to replaced it.Third if it gives a little but not reach maximum value,Then that IC is good. 4.Check the IC individually and replace if necessary Thank you for choosing FIXYA.
