There are aprox 5 sizes of primer bulbs that are common to trimmers, blowers, saws. You will need to be specific about carburetor brand and type when looking for a bulb. A small engine repair shop should have access to any of them.

One line ( the one with the fuel filter in the end of it) comes out of the fuel tank and goes to the lower port on the carburator. The second line goes from the fuel tank to the bottom fitting on the primer bulb. The third section goes from the top port on the primer bulb to the top port on the carburator. You have a air leak between to tank and motor. Could be carb gasket. When using in tilted position you dont have gravity feeded carb anymore, causing air to be sucked into carb. Take off carb and spray with crb cleaner, then blow out with air gun. Replace gasket, make sure all new lines and bulb connections are connected securely.

There are two arrows on the bottom of the bump, allign the arrows, push in like prescription bottle, and unscrew in a counterclockwise direction.

Have you made sure the drive shaft cable is tuning and is properly installed and that there is no debris or dirt stopping the blade from turning?
