How do I get this remote with Netflix capability

The NS-RC02A-12 is a remote control that shipped with several Insignia TVs. Since one of the TVs that came with this remote is the NS-39L240A13 which does not have wi-fi or an ethernet connection port, I suspect that none of these TVs are Smart TVs. You can make it a Smart TV and get Netflix by adding a Roku, Fire Stick or other streaming TV stick or box to one of the HDMI ports. If you have the ports occupied, you'll need some sort of HDMI switch device to share the input.

First of all, this TV must have connectivity to a network (wireless or wired), and be capable of receiving NetFlix. You can get a copy of the manual from here: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/owners/product/HL-P5663W

The manual does not discuss NetFlix, nor any Smart TV capabilities. You may have to use an external device such as a Roku or Chromecast to interface your current TV with NetFlix.

it could be that your scrolling the channels and ports for your dish network menu and not your tv menu if your using a remote try changing the setting via the tv itself, also try disconnecting the dish network supply then try try using the net gear stuff, personally I would say get the new x-box one system because it has blue-ray capabilities, stream music and videos, movies, it has Netflix and hulu and all that stuff that your computer and phones can do now including video chat, voice recognition, hands free movements recognition and yeah it just does everything... hope this helps

This model player (NS-BRDVD) is not Netflix capable. Netflix capable models are NS-BRDVD3, NS-WBRDVD, and home theater system NS-BRHTIB.
