SBM 400H Hi yesterday i was using my homedics cushion . I had it set on shiatsu and i was controlling whereit went. I accidently pushed roller full...well it startd to go upwards and then started making clunking noises as if going off track. what should i do.....I dont want it to break with use just due to the cause of the clunkking noise. thanks

Mine did that and I tried turning it on and let it run through the cycles with no pressure on it. then it found its own track again and started working ok, but I am very careful with the controller now. Hope it helps.

My mom had the same problem so i unzipped it from the back, and once i started to take out the padding i saw that there was a wire unplugged so i plugged it back in and it worked!
