Either your Motor or Motor Control Board(MCB) is faulty.
Try testing your Motor with a Drill Battery:
1. Disconnect the machine's power lead from the power socket, so that there is no power to the machine.
2. Open the Motor Hood.
3. Disconnect the Motor + and - leads from the Motor Control Board.
4. Connect + and - leads(normally Red and Black) to the Drill Battery.
The Motor should turn the Belt.
With the Motor leads disconnected from the MCB, you can connect the machine to the power, Press Start, and if this trips your Fuse Box you know its definitely the MCB.
Only carry out these tests if you are competent.
Lethal Voltages are present.

Proform 9000 trips power as soon as we turn it on. Anyone else had this issue?

Unplug the treadmill from the surge suppressor and plug in a typical house vacuum.

Turn on vacuum. If breaker does not trip from the vacuum then treadmill power supply is likely kaput.

If breaker trips then likely it's not the treadmill. Bypass surge suppressor by plugging vacuum directly into same wall outlet as the suppressor. If breaker again trips, it's not the suppressor and more likely there is some type of circuit overload or other fault in the house branch circuit.

GT40s treadmill. Why doesn't it turn on?

Your treadmill may not be turning on due to a broken or a failed power supply or a broken power cord or a tripped circuit breaker switch a failed circuit breaker switch a bad power switch or wiring failure or a bad motor control board or failed console display screen can stop the treadmill from turning on. If the outlet is not working try to reset the house circuit breaker which is located inside of the fuse box to restore power to the outlet.

Kenmore Model 1.10 60902990 Dryer Problem

Try it with out connecting to your vent and see if it still trips, other wise your vent is still clogged. Also should be good air pushing out the disconnected vent, if not maybe blower wheel clogged.
Another thing is how hot is it getting.Maybe the operating thermostat is getting to hot and never stopping the heat when its supposed to.

My york treadmill keeps tripping all the electric in my house

1) Unplugged the treadmill, and test if the c. breaker from your house is tripped.
2) If continuos tripped the problem is your HOME, and NOT in the treadmill.
3) Connect the treadmill, if the treadmill NOW tripped the problem is Treadmil.
4) Test the power cord for cross wiring and repair, AVOID any extension cord for feed the treadmillL DO NOT USE.
5) See if the outlet box in your wall is o.k some wires touching between provoking short.
6) open the treadmill, and test the power button for short and replace, see if there are some wires touching the chassis of the treadmill and repair.
see the block diagram and troubleshooitng.
God bless you

Healthrider s300i treadmill does not turn on

Check the fuses under the lower hood. One should be a 10 amp fues, the other should be 15 amp fuse.

Replace them if blown. If they should blow again, move the treadmil to an outlet closer to the fuse box/breaker box of the house. the house wiring where you have the treadmill may not be adequate for the treadmill.

hi, firstly change the fuse in the plug to a higher voltage, then if you are using an extention wire make sure all the wire is unrolled. i had the same problem with my m5. i was using an extention wire on a roll that was shorting out the trip on the treadmill and cutting the electric off. so just by putting a higher amp in the plug and i am now using a 2m extention alot safer and much better,

Treadmill trips electrics

Check to see that the treadmill does not draw more amp than stated in the owners manual. If you are, then the problem is in treadmill. If not try another circuit in the house (not just another receptacle).
