Check the speaker cables to make sure they're connected the right way. Make sure there isn't any physical damage to the cables that could short them out. If the cable polarities are right, there's a chance it will have to go into a repair shop as a circuit inside of it has failed or been damaged.
Yes the SA-AK250 (main unit of the Panasonic SK-AK250) came with a remote control. The remote is described on page 7 of the manual, available from Panasonic NZ here: https://support.panasonic.co.nz/docstore/SC-AK250%20Operating%20Instructions.pdf . The part number of the remote is N2QAYB000142; it's listed on page 1 of the manual. There are some online vendors that claim to have the remote available. I do not know if these are trustworthy vendors.
Some universal remotes may work, if they have codes for Panasonic audio systems. However, I don't know which ones may work. I hope this helps

Although the Panasonic Home Theater systems are great when they work properly. If your machine displays the "f61" error message, it's likely to be little more than a paper weight for the average person. The inner workings of the machine are rather complex to disassemble for diagnostics. And can take several hours to check all the components. The best advice I can give you is to sell the machine on e-bay as a broken item. If you offer shipping you can get more money for a complete system (speakers & all).
This is error code which system control detected either power irrgularities or dc voltage is detected from the speaker out put line. This fault we have noticed that both of them appears same time also.Pls change Amplifier ic TDA8920 and C1740 transistor and 27V1w zener diode.Transistor and zener diode is for voltage regulation and amp ic if the dc detect is active.Usualy change this three components same time.(this all is in power amp section)
Output IC is defective. Not much to do except have the main unit serviced.Output IC is rather costly. Before taking it for service, disconnect all speakers and power on.In F61 comes up IC is definetly bad.If unit works reconnect 1 speaker at a time(with power off) and retest each time.Repair bad speaker .
Code F61 can point to trouble in the audio output ic chip, are the loudspeakers connected correctly no short circuits. Also check that the cooling fan operates.
