Brendon, The supply side tape guide can jump out of its track and cause the mechanism to lock up. The load motor is trying to load the tape but cannot, so the load motor driver "times out" and displays the E02 error you're seeing. If you can get to it, try reseating the guide into its track, be careful not to scratch or touch the drum assy located right near the guide track. Good Luck, I hope you can resolve the problem. it says "in safeguad mode, eject and reinsert the tape.
