When starting printer error code chain link 123-314 appears on screen
I am afraid you will have to call out a xerox service tech, he will have to reinstall the M\C siftware.

Solution: Perform a RAM Clear
Make Printable
Email this page
Performing a RAM Clear will restore all of the WorkCentre's
settings to the factory defaults. It will also clear all faxes in
memory, Speed Dials, One-Touch Buttons, Group Speed Dials, your System
ID, and any other stored information.
NOTE: If you are able to print, it is a good idea to print
out your Phone Book before performing the RAM Clear, to assist you in
reprogramming your Speed Dials and One-Touch Buttons. It is also
recommended to print out your System Data List to assist you in
reprogramming your system settings. If you are not sure how to print
your Phone Book or System Data List, refer to Related Items at the
bottom of this page.

SOURCE: xerox printer error code (04,025.46)
This is a print head position issue.
TRY FIRST (Solutions without parts):
1. Check that the wipe mechanism has homed. 2. Check the printhead position and verify that it has initialized properly / manually home the printhead and power cycle the printers power and check for the error to return. If not then the error was most likely due to non-process function (something out of sequence).
Part likely to be the cause:
GEARBOX AND MOTOR,PROCESS DRIVE - PL 4.0, Item 14.
SOURCE: Phaser 8560 error code
Most likely you are using generic ink or ink not made for that specific machine. The black ink is the one causing the problem. the printer will then need to be reset.
SOURCE: Error code 11,009,46:1444 on Xerox Phaser 8500
the 11,009,46 error in my experience means that, at some point, the printer lost power during an electronic action. in some cases an NVRAM reset will do the trick, but if it doesn't, one of the electric boards has been blown up. XEROX are very protective about which board to replace, so you're quite stuck with their own service in order to have it repaired.
