Disconnect, open door, remove screws from rear of door, dismantle door. Here's a diagram showing how it fits together.

You can order the part from www.homelite.com You will need your model number to help you select the right part. You will need to click on the order parts text in the upper right hand part of the screen. This will take you to another page which will ask you to go to the homelite parts catalog. After you click on the parts catalog link, it will ask you to agree to the terms of use for the website. READ THIS CAREFULLY.
After you have agreed to the terms of use it will take you to another page. From here you can input the model number of your unit. Input the f2020 into the search box and click on search. It will ask you which version of the model you have. On the right side of the screen it will have a parts breakdown. You should select (Shaft-Spool and String- Grass Deflector). This will pop up a diagram with a parts breakdown which will include part numbers to help make ordering the correct part easier. I believe the part that you wish to order is part number 17 of the diagram. When you click on the part number in the diagram it will select it below the diagram and will flash for a second. At this point it has an option to add this part to your shopping cart.

I went directly to GE's website and found the diagrams for my stove with the parts listed. Thats what I needed !

Go to m-and-d.com then parts diagram the illustrated parts online then parts look up then select oem select homelite then find model number.
