If it's only 2 weeks old, you could have a defective either charging system or just a bad battery. Most places offer free replacement within 30 days of purchase. I would take it back to your place of original purchase. I hope that helps!
The value of your machine is whatever the market will stand and in times of high inflation, such as in the early 1990's some used gear was selling for more than the original purchase price, however this situation is highly unusual.
Much of the original purchase price is the value of the warranty, without which the risk to a prospective purchaser is much increased and the value is decreased.
You don't say how old the machine is or how much use it has had but if it is two or three years old and little used and still in excellent cosmetic order and you are willing to demonstrate it working i would say it is worth about half the current price of an equivalent new model. You would of course ask for about two-thirds in the expectation a buyer will haggle. Of course that is assuming there aren't a lot of similar machines being advertised cheaper and my opinion could need adjusting up or down to suit the local market.
I would be interest as to where you bought your oakleys,or if you bought after market lens. If you bought the oakleys new from a oakley store TAKE THEM BACK FOR WARRANTY. If they were purchased off a site or second hand they may be knockoffs. The oakley lenses are one piece and shouldn't peel at all and if they are will be covered by warranty. If the lens were purchased after market and aren't real oakley prodocts they may have a plastic film that needs to be peeled off. This is something i've seen on knock off oakley orkrs
