Hp colorlaserjet cp 1025 Carousel Alignment - HEWLETT-PACKARD CP1025nw Laser Printer

The HP Laserjet Pro CP 1025 printer doesn't support the Scan features. You can only print a document using this printer.

You need a tech manual for the process. I would try Feedroller.com for the techmanual. It is rather involved.

This sounds like the carousel in the printer has gone out of alignment. This is usually caused by using old generic toner cartridges. ( the roller on the toner cartridge seizes and causes carousel to go out of alignment. )

On the 2840,one reason why the carousel gets out of alignment is because non HP cartridges were used and they were leaking toner. The leaking toner gets into the carousel gears and causes them to jump a couple of teeth.

If you have a warranty HP will fix the problem under warranty repair. However, if you were using non HP cartridges you will be billed. If your problem is non aligned gears, you won't need parts. The gears will have to be aligned and vacuumed. It doesn't require dismantling the printer.
If you do have to pay, it should only be an hour of labor.

Does it print good? If the printing is good, the carousel isn't out of alignment. Don't fix it if it isn't broke.

you have to replace toner cartridges (unfortunately).
Same problems can be occured whit CP 1025 too
the problem is - cartridge image drum failed

I am pretty sure that the projectors modified, marketed & sold by Navitar were Kodak projector bodies & slide transports. Assuming this is the case, a Kodak 80 Tray should work just fine!

It is the carousel that is dislocated. Check the alignment if it's brooken

You have to disassemble the unit, remove the carousel assembly and align the small gears on top to the alignment marks on the big black gears. The white gears have 2 protrusions that stick out and they should be right on the alignment markers on the black gears. You can see the marking on the left black gear if you have the carousel rotated where the yellow is facing towards the front
