The spring attachment to the moving latch has broken off either replace the latch or drill a small hole in the latch body and attach some heavy steel wire to make a new attach point for the spring. the inside trim easily pops off and the latch just slides off.

replace the door hooks and door release button.
if this is broken the switch will not close very well, and NOT start the microwave.

The hinge latch hooks are flimsy on many of these but almost any shop can repair this issue--unit has to be taken apart.

Are the internal cooling fan and stirrer (in the ceiling of the oven) running when you cook?

The turntable gets its 21VAC power from a tap on the cooling fan motor, and it's controlled by a relay on the circuit board.

So it's important to know if those other two motors are running, too.

You will have to temporarily remove the stirrer cover from the ceiling to see if the stirrer is turning when you cook.
