i have a kodak digetal; camera it will not read the chip in my prenter i can see the pics on the camera

install the software first in ur laptop before connect the prenter . when it ask u to connect the prenter then do so and wait untel istallation finsh,

Goto Hp's website, and goto the Support page, and locate your model number, and download the software there.
