I have a Polaroid internet tablet put out by Android . When it boots up I can't go to anything . It has the wrong date on it and ask for my password which I've. Forgotten. I've held the power button and volume button AT the same time . IV trooped the reset button on the bottom , nothing lets me reset my password and won't take me to any other page. They want to charge me $219 for a. Year. To unlock it . The. Tablet ony cost $100. New . Please advice me I'm sick and on a fixed income . I can't afford a other one.

Sounds like you need to keep track of your passwords. Since they cannot help you simply trash it and by a new one, that will be $119 less expensive.

Continue drawing patterns until the tablet asks for your google account sign in. For the user name type the word null, for the password type four zeros, ie, 0000. This is the universal google unlock code for android devices.

Be sure nothing is pressing against the volume button when you turn it on, and that the volume button isn't being jammed down by anything.

I cant get my polaroid 7" tablet powered by android 4.1 to get to my wifi . the wifi on the tablet is turned on .i have put in the password but keep getting authentication problem. please help

Maybe try going to the router settings and changing the security settings. See if turning off wifi password solves the problem then turn it back on.

I had put my router number but it want let me connect to it.

Restart your tablet and try again. Do you have another device that can connect to your wifi? Is your password correct that you entered? It could be something on the internet side or you could be out of range of the wifi signal.

Tablet lock by it self need to unlock the tablet

This doesn't always work, but on most Android tablets it does.

Enter a bad password 5 times.
You should get a Forgot Password Button (Bottom Right)
As long as you've linked your tablet to an email account just follow the prompts to unlock the tablet.
