I replaced both y-sus and x-sus and the screen comes on fine for a while then turns to snowy white and blurry

sounds like your bottom buffer board is on its way out .
Will also need to check the y sus board as this some times causes the buffers boards to fail.

the Y-SUS BOARD is for picture in tv.if the picture is not coming or not proper the Y-SUS board needs replacing .but if the picture is blurry or with linings reparing helps.but in your case the tv does not turns on with y-sus board connected only error led comes on.this means y-sus board needs replacement.

Go to your menus, set all to factory settings or default.
Test the camera by using more of the settings, and notice how it works.
The LCD settings especially are what you want to make sure are set right...not too bright, and of course not too dim either.

Time to replace the camera.

Its due to humidity or water. Due to the lack of resources its cheaper or replace than repair.

Sounds like bad capacitors
Replacing the C9A37 & C9A38 caps or
problems with some capacitors on the pwd power board, and that it would be good to change them if they were swollen
