Apanasonic tc-l32c3 power light stays red and will not turn on with power button?

Problem is caused by voltage irregularity. Pulled plug for an hour and then plugged it back in. TV reset and it works fine. If this does not work it needs a TV technician.

Tries unplug,replug the tv back like an hour later.The tv now,should resetting itself back to the factory setting.The tv should work now.Not,than the tv power supply board have problems,not giving the tv it wright voltages anymore.The tv power supply board that the board,where the power a/c cord plug into it.Tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a whole refurbish power supply board for the replacement.

1. hit tv
2. hold down setup till it blinks twice(tv button light)
3.then press 991 wait till it blinks (tv button light)
4.press channel up slowly until tv turns off
5. once it turns off hit setup again
6. press the tv then power button and then see if tv turns on if not then you just missed the code(repeat)

This problem cannot be resolved by a reset. The lack of power LED means that the processor is not operating. This can either be due to lack of STB 5V or the processor itself is malfunctioning. Since the set is new return it for a replacement as this problem cannot be resolved without replacing parts.
