Sorry. Factory reset is just that. All data is deleted. No recovery possible. If you set up a Google account (not familiar with this phone I am assuming it is an android) it might be backed up to the Google servers but only if you set it up that way originally.

No! once a factory reset has been performed the hard drive in that has been wiped clean, now having said that it is possible to use recovery software that may be able to reconstruct some of your files.
