Why is my kodak 5250 showing error code 3807?

Error Printer error 3806 3807 3808 3809 3810 or 3811

Kodak does not say what the error is but they do show how to deal with it.

To resolve this error:

1. Disconnect the power adapter from the printer.
2. Wait 30 seconds to allow the printer to reset.
3. Connect the power adapter to the printer. Turn on the printer, if necessary.

If the error continues:

1. Open the printer access door.
2. Remove and install the printhead two times.
3. Close the printer access door.
4. Wait until the printer is ready to use.
5. If the error is displayed, contact http://support.en.kodak.com/app/contact/src/gocontact/selected/true

Please reseat the printhead 2-3 times.

Maybe the printhead is not working properly. call Kodak and they will going to replace tht printhead. Thanks

If this error is from your printer itself, This error code means that you need to replace the Printhead. Call Kodak so that they can process a replacement for you 1800 421 6699

found a solution for your error code 3807 "System status failed"

To resolve the error condition:
