To resolve the error message "System status failed" (error code 3807):
Disconnect the power adapter from the printer.
Wait 30 seconds to allow the printer to reset.
Connect the power adapter to the printer. Turn the printer on if necessary

If the error continues:

Remove and install the printhead two times.
Close the printer access door.
Wait until the printer is ready to use.

Open the printer access door.Remove and install the printhead two times.Close the printer access door.Wait until the printer is ready to use.If still the problem is persistent you would need to get in touch with Kodak i.e 1-800-421-6699, 9 A.M. to midnight, Eastern Time, 7 days a week. The expected wait time for phone support is 15 minutes.

What is an error 3807?

If this error is from your printer itself, This error code means that you need to replace the Printhead. Call Kodak so that they can process a replacement for you 1800 421 6699

  1. Remove and install the Printhead two times before closing the Printer Access Door.
