I have an LG TV, and LG DVD. Player, and a Bose solo. I have set it up to play a DVD, using the sound thru the Bose solo. This works well. When I switch the TV, satellite unit and solo on to watch TV, the harmony switches the solo on, but the volume control still picks up the TV volume, not the solo volume. All help gratefully received. Ed.

you may need to reprogram your remote, or, if you have your profile setup on the harmony website, reload from there

Have you tried contacting your dish people, maybe they can reset.

You need the Harmony software on your computer that is available at www.logitech.com. You will then have to connect your remote to the computer to change your configuration using said software. You may need to start from scratch if you don't know the username and password for your Harmony account. The software will step you through setting up your remote it's fairly simple.

Increasing the inter-device delay and power-on delay for the audio device.
