Try alt+F10 when windows boot.
else try restart your computer start tapping F8 once you see the advance boot options..go to repair my computer..select the language..then enter your user name and password..in recovery options go to factory image recovery.

Please restart your unit, then continuously press the key combination ALT and F10 when you see the Acer Logo appear. Then wait for the recovery files to load and follow the on screen instructions.

click start menu, click all programs, look for Acer and click on it. Then click Acer E recovery. in a few seconds a window will come up. click the restore option in the left hand menu. You can restore to factory condition or restore windows and save your data. its all pretty much there in front of u. hope it helps u

OK, here is my guide to Remove Acer Bios password computer via Software. This has been done on testing machine Laptop Acer Aspire 3620/ Travel Mate 2420.
