Clarification please.

Is it printing out a blank sheet or is it printing out typed information????? It can't do both.

your printer is A4 Size printer it will not print A3 size

if you fill to print A3 go to HP site and support page find your solution

Usually when this happens, it is because the feed rollers that grab the paper are worn and dirty or because the humidity in the room is so high that papers are sticking together just enough to be pulled through. On the HP website for driver downloads we used the last set of drivers listed (script) that solved the problem of no color and 11x17 sheet.

You might want to start by doing some general print quality troubleshooting, including printing a test page. The test page should give you an indication if you have issues with print cartridges. Also, some printers may not print at all if even one of their cartridges is empty:

The other thing that occurred to me is that your document feeder could be pulling in more than one sheet of paper at a time, this means it would output blank sheets as well. Here's a web page that describes the problem and what to do about it:
