Hi,the best solution to your problem is to contact your service provider and request for the unlock code which will be given to you for free,

just ensure to prove to them that you really own the phone.

Go & take it to the company your phone is with. Usually, the puk code is on the packet that your sim card came with. Because you kept messing with the puk code, your sim is now blocked. You may have to get a new sim card, but its best to do some web searchinq or go & take it to Vodafone (if thats the place your phone was bought from)
