A few things to look for is make sure the developer roller and drum are actually turning (missing gear, teeth, etc...). Are any obstuctions blocking the developer from brushing the drum (I place paper between the drum and developer so I don't scratch the drum during *ssembly, if I forget to remove it - code). And make sure the connectors are secure.

It's not enough that we do our best; sometimes we have to do what's required.

SC392:Toner density sensor initial setting is not performed correctly.

• No developer
• Developing roller does not turn.
• Development roller coupling gear is not correctly attached.
• Poor connection of PCU
• ID sensor defective

Ar163 F5 = Copy lamp problem.

Possible causes are:

Blown Copy Lamp
Inverter trouble (copy lamp driver module)
MCU Board failure

This is most likely to be a blown copy lamp.

Ar2030 F2 is a process control error - depending on the sub-code it could be a number of different things. Please repost with the full code.

Clean connector of TD sensor and
Try Change the development unit, adjust TD sensor.
Clean and you verify the connector of PCU.

SC392 is a problem with your Photoconductor unit (PCU)...could be the density sensor, drum or developer roller not turning. Is it a new unit? Have all the seals been removed?
It could be as simple as a bad connection. try removing and re-installing the unit.
I don't want to necessarily say just order another unit, because the problem could be on the drive of the machine, But it is most likely the PCU itself.
Just a question, when you turn the power off/on, are you using the MAIN power switch (red button)? The button on the control panel will not reset anything.
