1. Turn OFF the main power switch. 2.Turn main power switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key. Keep holding it till the T reset appears 3.Touch [Trouble Reset]. 4.Check to make sure that [OK] is displayed and the it has been reset. 5. After turning off the main power switch, wait 10 seconds and fire the machine back up, this should reset the service code and with any luck the machine will run!

CAUSE: Fusing roller failure to turn due to a broken Fuser Rotation Sensor Holder.
SOLUTION: Replace Broken Fuser Rotation Sensor Holder (p/n A00J 7323 01).
c3102 for Fuser Unit abnormality.
Check Fixing Unit and its Gears , also the drive gear on body.
Reset by Switch On Holding Utility/counter Button for 10 seconds.
Elevator motor ascent/descent drive malfunction.Check and clean the sensors and motors.For reset the error code open and close the front door or set the power switch to OFF/ON.
