SOURCE: Need to enter service mode on a Xerox 7435

The service tech should do this. The 7435 should be less than 3 months old, and Xerox should fix it. If you bought it from Global, or another company that does not actually employ Xerox technicians, try appealing to them, but I cannot tell you for sure what the outcome will be. Buying from an authorized agency ensures that you can use your "Total Satisfaction Guarantee".

How to solve 003-319 ERROR - RAP IIT Video Driver Detection Fail in xerox 7435

The 003-319 error on a Xerox 7435 indicates a Video Driver Detection Fail. This error typically occurs when there is an issue with the video driver or the communication between the video driver and the machine. Here are a few steps you can take to try and resolve the issue:
  1. Power cycle the machine: Turn off the machine, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on. Sometimes, a simple power cycle can resolve temporary communication errors.
  2. Check video cable connections: Ensure that the video cable (usually a VGA or HDMI cable) is securely connected to both the Xerox 7435 and the device it is connected to (such as a computer or a server). Disconnect and reconnect the cable to ensure a proper connection.
  3. Verify video input settings: On the Xerox 7435 control panel, navigate to the video input settings. Ensure that the correct video input source is selected, corresponding to the connected device. If the wrong input source is selected, it can lead to a video driver detection fail.
  4. Update or reinstall video drivers: If possible, update the video drivers on the device connected to the Xerox 7435. Visit the manufacturer's website or use appropriate software to download and install the latest video drivers. If the drivers are already up to date, you can try reinstalling them to ensure they are properly installed.
  5. Perform a firmware update: Check the Xerox website for any available firmware updates for your Xerox 7435 model. Updating the firmware can resolve known issues and improve compatibility with video drivers.

How to resolve error code 010-334 in xerox workcentre 7435

Check around the fused assembly. Is it a new one, or is it one you put to one side as as a spare? If you have a service contract with Xerox you should be able to order a new one. I don't remember all they error codes but the 10 codes usually refer to the fuser unit.
Good luck.
