Are you using a simple USB lead plugged into a USB power source? If so, the unit is (correctly) going into its USB mode.
You can also try different USB leads, some do not have the data line so act as just a power lead. It's the data line that signals the GPS unit to go into USB mode.
Regardless of the type of lead, your unit will charge like this and then, when the lead is disconnect and the unit turned on, will work normally off the internal battery.
If this is your experience, you will need either the correct GPS power source or a "USB power" lead.
Check power at well head. then turn power off and disconnect wire nuts. check continuity on leads to motor should read about 500,000. Check each lead to ground for shorts.
Either your Motor or Motor Control Board(MCB) is faulty.
Try testing your Motor with a Drill Battery:
1. Disconnect the machine's power lead from the power socket, so that there is no power to the machine.
2. Open the Motor Hood.
3. Disconnect the Motor + and - leads from the Motor Control Board.
4. Connect + and - leads(normally Red and Black) to the Drill Battery.
The Motor should turn the Belt.
With the Motor leads disconnected from the MCB, you can connect the machine to the power, Press Start, and if this trips your Fuse Box you know its definitely the MCB.
Only carry out these tests if you are competent.
Lethal Voltages are present.

Turn off printer and disconnect power lead, then go into your computers printer setting click see whats printing and delete
any jobs in print que. Restart your computer plug your printer power lead back in.
I'm surprised it wouldn't turn on when plugged into external power. That would mean a different problem than a disconnected battery lead ... possibly a disconnected USB port lead, though then I would have expected that you'd be able to turn it on when not plugged in.
Hi, First of all remove the side panel from the desktop to reveal the motherboard, get a pen and note down where all the wires leading from the PSU (power supply) goes. There should be 1 large 24pin block connector on the motherboard also a 4 pin block connector near the processor, these are the most important!!! the others are power leads that go to various drives like your hard drive and CD/DVD drive. Start by disconnecting all the leads. Once all the leads have been disconnected turn the desktop on its side (motherboard facing up), go to the back and unscrew the four screws holding the PSU in place and gently lift it out. To replace the PSU just reverse the method. Here is where you can get a replacement power supply >>>>>>
Check to see that the treadmill does not draw more amp than stated in the owners manual. If you are, then the problem is in treadmill. If not try another circuit in the house (not just another receptacle).
