The beeping is from the motherboard most likely. Sounds like you have some kind of virus. You may be able to access safe mode by holding alt+f4 when start-up but other then that I would take your PC in to get checked out.
HIGH PITCH WHINNING NOISE IS FAULTY TRANSMISSION OIL PUMP.HAVE THE TRANSMISSION FLUID PRESSURE CHECK AT A TRANSMISSION SHOP.IF TRANSMISSION OIL PUMP TOO WEAK OR MALFUNCTION.YOUR TRANSMISSION WONT HAVE ENOUGH OIL PRESSURE FOR FORWARD GEAR , REVERSE GEAR, BAND OR SHIFT VALVES IN VALVE BODY.NOTHING WILL WORK TRANSMISSION.OIL PUMP LIKE HYDRALIC PUMP KEEPS EVERY THING WORKING..
has any other power options stopped working? Check your fuses and relays. it sounds like the actuator inside the door. can you pinpoint which door the pitch is coming from?
Your pitch control is faulty or dry. Try spraying wd 40 into the pitch sliding hole form top to bottom. Dont over spray it. Just a bit from top to bottom will do. If issue still persists, then there's some capacitors are weak which controls this pitch.
i had a similar problem i used a can of compressed air and sprayed the dust out from pitch control and it worked. the dust builds up static and interferes with signal> hope it helps
The pitch bend pot may have broken or the resistance element in it may have failed. It requires analysis internally. If the element breaks or the pot becomes disconnected someway, the pitch will go one way or the other to the limit and remain there.
A high pitched chirp is a sign that you have a short on the load of your power supply. I just finished repairing one of these sets and it had a shorted horizontal output transistor and a bad flyback transformer.
